Little Caesars Arena

2018

In 2017, Turner Brooks, Inc. completed the $25M Detroit Red Wings Arena project through a joint venture partnership with Pontiac Ceiling and Partition. The JV, PCPTB, combined the strength and experience of two major companies to ensure the successful completion by September 2017. A team of 4 estimators spent 6 weeks assembling a package of Lt. Ga Framing, Interior Framing/Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Specialty Ceilings, Lapendary Panels, Custom Scaffold Erection, Doors/Frames/Hardware, and rough carpentry to complete the entire arena package.

With over 128,000 man hours, 15 miles of walls & soffits, 1.7M SF of drywall and 200,000 SF of Ceilings, the complexity and scale of this project allowed PCPTB to showcase their skills, vast industry knowledge and achieve two industry awards for their high-quality results.
